New Year's Eve Bash


Come and welcome in the New Year with the crew at Orchard Hill Cider Mill.

December 31 at 8 PM

Live music featuring vocalist Ellen Kaye and the Ethan Fein Trio.

Food by Chef Shawn Hubbell that will feature an array of appetizers and five courses throughout the evening.

Ticket price includes full bar with Orchard Hill's draft ciders, select NY State wines and spirits, beer, cocktails, and a toast with Orchard Hill's Gold Label Sparkling Cider.

Noise makers and other New Year's Eve Party Favors will be provided.

Please note that this is a party with live music and dancing, and not a sit-down event.

Dress is evening attire however festive wear above and beyond is certainly encouraged.

$18 includes glass of hard or farm cider after class

Taught by yoga instructor (E-RYT-200) and Broadway performer, Laura Schutter, Orchard Hill kicks off our first weekend yoga series. Laura guides a gentle yet challenging class and incorporates Vinyasa flow, sun salutations, pranayam (breathing techniques) and full support to every student. Find your balance as you harmonize mind, body and soul, then celebrate with a glass of hard or farm cider after practice.

What can I bring to the event?
Water, yoga mat, a towel and any yoga props you prefer. Extra mats and bottled water will be provided.

When should I arrive?
Registration starts at 10:00, class starts at 10:30. Give yourself at least 15 minutes to find a spot and relax before class in our indoor event space.




Speakeasy - LIAM HERBERT

Liam Herbert

Liam Herbert is an 18-year old Metro Award-winning actor and folk singer from Port Chester, New York. Influenced by classic artists such as Bob Dylan, Dave Van Ronk, and Woody Gutherie, Liam's unique vocals and musical style transports the audience back to the days of 1960's Greenwich Village. He has appeared with a variety of seasoned performers, including Grammy-nominated artist, Seth Glier. Liam spends most of his time entertaining audiences in clubs and coffee houses throughout New York City.

Speakeasy's Summer Music Series features Orchard Hill's hard ciders, award-winning Ten66 Pommeau, craft cocktails, New York State wines, beers and spirits. Chef Shawn Hubbell's serves artisanal antipasti plates, cheese and charcuterie boards.

Chloe Borthwick is a 17-year old award-winning singer-songwriter from the Hudson Valley. With a unique voice, mature sound and improvisational skills, she effortlessly blends pop, jazz and R&B. Drawing inspiration from Amy Winehouse, Sara Bareilles, Fiona Apple, Tori Kelly, Emily King, and Esperanza Spalding, she possesses an authenticity and yearning in her music that is both haunting and powerful. She is a 2017 National Young Arts Competition, Merit Winner for singing-songwriting and a Semi-Finalist in the 2016 International Songwriting Competition .

Chloe was selected as one of the 8 vocalist in the prestigious 2017 GRAMMY Camp Jazz Session choir, where she sang with 30 of the best young jazz musicians in the country in performances throughout GRAMMY Week, including the GRAMMY after-party.

Kick off Hudson Valley Cider Week with our very first Cider Barrel Tapping at Orchard Hill! Sip our premier barrel-aged hard cider poured straight from the barrel.

Savor delicious farm-to-table food from Chef Shawn Hubbell. Serving Cider Apple Brats with homemade Black Dirt onion sauerkraut and Chicken Chorizo Sausage platters. Hudson Valley Seafood will be shucking fresh oysters and clams.

Sip our famous hard ciders, Ten66 Pommeau, and Craft Cocktails by Mixologist Donnan Sutherland.

Our Ten66 Pommeau has been awarded a Good Food Award by the Good Food Foundation. The Good Food Awards celebrate tasty, authentic and responsibly produced food from outstanding American food producers and the farmers who provide their ingredients.
