Kick off Hudson Valley Cider Week with our very first Cider Barrel Tapping at Orchard Hill! Sip our premier barrel-aged hard cider poured straight from the barrel.

Savor delicious farm-to-table food from Chef Shawn Hubbell. Serving Cider Apple Brats with homemade Black Dirt onion sauerkraut and Chicken Chorizo Sausage platters. Hudson Valley Seafood will be shucking fresh oysters and clams.

Sip our famous hard ciders, Ten66 Pommeau, and Craft Cocktails by Mixologist Donnan Sutherland.

Winner 2017 Good Food Awards

Our Ten66 Pommeau has been awarded a Good Food Award by the Good Food Foundation. The Good Food Awards celebrate tasty, authentic and responsibly produced food from outstanding American food producers and the farmers who provide their ingredients. Edible Magazine Celebrates Ten66

Orchard Hill's Ten66 makes the pages of Edible Hudson Valley Whisk: Spring 2015.

"Besides cider and brandy, the French tradition also includes another more seldom consumed delicacy: pommeau. Made from brandy mixed with apple juice, pommeau offers an experience closer to fortified wine like port. While celebrated in northwestern France, it’s largely ignored in the rest of the country and virtually unknown on these shores. That looks to change soon; Orchard Hill Cider Mill, based in New Hampton, is producing the first local interpretation of pommeau. If its quality is any indication, the word (and drink) will be on everyone’s lips in the near future."

The Scranton, Pennsylvania, chapter of the American Wine Society recently invited Hudson Valley Wine Country to make a presentation of its wines to their Board of Directors and members. Orchard Hill Hard Cider made an impression!

The Apple of My Eye

Orchard Hill Cider Mill's second annual Apple of My Eye Valentine's Day celebration takes place on Saturday, February 14, from 5:308:30 PM at our tasting room. We will be introducing our Orchard Hill Ten66 Pommeau, delicious local delicacies by Soons, unique cocktails by mixologist Donnan Sutherland, and appetizers and an artisan cheese board by Chef Shawn Hubbell. Music by Broadway performer Bryan McElroy, whose credits include Jersey Boys. Start your romantic evening with the perfect cocktail party!

$21.95 per person includes cocktails, spirit tastings and appetizers.
