Cider Barrel Tapping

Kick off Hudson Valley Cider Week with our very first Cider Barrel Tapping at Orchard Hill! Sip our premier barrel-aged hard cider poured straight from the barrel.

Savor delicious farm-to-table food from Chef Shawn Hubbell. Serving Cider Apple Brats with homemade Black Dirt onion sauerkraut and Chicken Chorizo Sausage platters. Hudson Valley Seafood will be shucking fresh oysters and clams.

Sip our famous hard ciders, Ten66 Pommeau, and Craft Cocktails by Mixologist Donnan Sutherland.

 

 

Tickets $25 include:
- Welcome glass of hard cider
- Tasting of our first tapped barrel-aged cider
- Cider Apple Brat or Chicken Chorizo platter with side salad
